Responsibilities and Duties
This position provides Primary Care to medically complex adult patients in Nursing Homes, SNF and Assisted Living Facilities throughout Pinellas County. Lead clinical decision making, maintain schedule for facility visits and positive relationships with staff and timely and accurate documentation.
Florida M.D. license, Board Certification, current DEA license, BLS, ACLS, strong Interpersonal skills, collaborative, resourceful, and good documentation skills. Experience with EMR, preferably Eclinicalworks. Bilingual skills a plus
