Gastroenterologist Benefis Health System is looking to add a physician to an established GI practice in Great Falls, Montana. The practice serves 60,000 Great Falls residents as well as 275,000 residents across north central Montana.Applicants must be board eligible/certified and ERCP trained (will consider fellows in training). Currently, we employ 2 traditional GI Physicians, 2 outpatient Nurse Practitioners and multiple GI Hospitalists, creating a unique opportunity for a new physician to step into a thriving practice. There is additional growth potential through area outreach and education, as well as an opportunity to participate in the development of an endoscopic ultrasound program. Applicants must be board eligible/certified. ERCP and EUS training a plus. The endoscopy unit includes five endoscopy suites and one bronch lab. It is designed as an ambulatory Surgical Center and all patients are managed within the unit with occasional procedures in the OR, primarily pediatric patients. Work Hours and Call Coverage: Consult patients daily, with option of half or full day office hours during designated week days, depending on preference. There are no weekend clinic hours. Call is minimal and the majority of the weeks during the year are covered by GI Hospitalists, allowing time to enjoy the Montana lifestyle. Compensation and Benefits: This opportunity is an employed position.
